Nibbi Brothers has been selected as the General Contractor for the Mission Bay Block 3 West project in San Francisco, CA. We are requesting bids from qualified Subcontractors including those certified with the San Francisco Redevelopment Agency and would like to receive a proposal from you for the following trades: The following trades are needed: All trades per CSI phase codes Divisions 04,05,06,07,08,09,10,11,12,13,14,21,22,23,26,27. This will not include the following specific subcontractors Earthwork, Production Piles, RIC Work, Methane System, Load Bearing Steel Stud, Landscape, Unit Pavers, Cabinets, Lath & Plaster, Exterior Skin Systems, Elevators, Electrical, Mechanical, Plumbing and Fire Protection as these trades have already been bid and awarded. Please indicate in the space provided below if you will be bidding this project and fax back to us as soon as possible.

Project Description:
This project consists of a 227,392 square-foot building that will contain 147 units of market-rate apartments with 5 stories of Type III over a 2 level at-grade and underground parking garage. This project has high level exterior & interior finishes, a community center, courtyard, fitness center & 11,469 square-feet of retail and leasing office space.
Project Schedule: Start: February 2012 Completion: September 2013
