Terms and Conditions

All recipients of the Project Fund must:

  • endorse and promote the Friday Afternoons initiative throughout the project;
  • regularly update the Friday Afternoons team on the progression of the project, including events, performances and developments – we may promote these on our website and on social media;
  • engage with all areas of the Friday Afternoons website, including uploading event pins to the Who’s Involved section, videos of performances to the Showcase section, and any newly created resources to the Share section;
  • adhere to the guidelines outlined in the Communications Pack (sent upon award of funding);
  • complete and return any reporting/monitoring documentation sent to you by the Friday Afternoons team;
  • submit an interim monitoring report by 1 March 2018 in order to release your final payment;
  • submit full evaluation including a final budget by 30April 2018.

In the event of any failure to comply with monitoring requirements, or any other discrepancies Snape Maltings reserves the right to reclaim all or part of the grant made pro rata on a sliding scale per month over the term of the Funding Agreement.

Projects that do not start within 6 months may be asked to repay the grant in full, unless otherwise agreed in writing by Snape Maltings.

Any changes to the nature of the project as originally identified in this application form music be agreed in writing by Snape Maltings. If agreement is not given, you may be required to repay the grant in full or in part at Snape Maltings’ discretion.
