1.PREFACE
Thank you very much for purchasing our parking barrier. Firstly please read this manual carefully before installation and use. The barrier will give best performance and longevity with correct use and maintenance.

4.FUNCTIONS
- Indicator LED
a)Indicator LED lights continuously when the parking barrier is in motion.
b)Indicator LED flashes when the battery voltage is low.
- Object sensing
The power will be cut off automatically when the parking barrier senses that excessive force is being exerted on barrier arm.
- Crash resistance
If the barrier arm is forced down while in the up position the beeper will beep. When the barrier arm is released it will return to the up position and operate normally.
- Energy saving
After one minute without use the barrier switches itself to the energy savings mode.

6.INSTALLATION
- Lift cover over T-Bar lock, open T-Bar lock, insert T-Bar then rotate clockwise to raise barrier arm.
- Remove T-Bar, lock T-Bar lock and replace cover over T-Bar lock.
- Lift cover over lid lock, open lid lock and remove lid.
- Connect battery and test barrier with remote control.
- Place barrier in position, mark the four hole positions then place barrier to one side.
- Drill 12mm Ø holes 50mm minimum depth at marked positions.
- Remove bolt from anchor, push bolt through nylon block keeping washers above the nylon block then reassemble anchor.
- Place barrier in correct position, push anchors through baseplate holes until firmly seated then tighten bolts.
- Test barrier with remote control.
- Replace lid, lock lid lock and replace cover over lid lock.
- Test barrier with remote control.
7.USAGE
- Entering parking space
a)Press the lower button when approaching barrier.
b)Stop vehicle until barrier fully lowers.
c)Drive vehicle into parking space.
- Leaving parking space
a)After vehicle has left parking space press the raise button.
- Manual operation - If the battery voltage is to low the barrier can be manually operated as follows
a)Lift cover over T-Bar lock.
b)Open T-Bar lock.
c)Insert T-Bar.
d)Rotate clockwise to raise barrier arm.
e)Rotate counter clockwise to lower barrier arm.
f)Remove T-Bar.
g)Lock T-Bar lock
h)Replace cover over T-Bar lock.
8.PROGRAMMING THE REMOTE CONTROL

- Open the cover of the control box.
- On the control board, press and hold the Learn button until the Status LED lights.
- Press The Raise or Lower button of the remote control.
- The Status LED flashes to indicate this remote is programmed.
- Do the same for all required remotes.
- Press the Learn button to end programming.
- Replace control box cover.
- Attention: When you do the learning process, the original two remotes also should be re-Iearned.
9.MAINTENANCE
- Keep immediate area near barrier clean.
- Lubricate moving parts yearly with a light oil.
- Keep solar panels (if fitted) clean for maximum efficiency.
- If the indicator LED is flashing then the battery will require recharging.
10.NOTES
- The movement of the barrier arm takes approximately 4 seconds, as the voltage of battery reduces; the speed gets slower, if it gets too slow then recharge the battery.
- Do not put the barrier too close to strong magnetic so as not to affect the sensitivity of remote control.
- Do not attempt to open and/or modify any parts of the - products without professional guidance.
- Do not put battery close to a high temperature source, such as direct flame.
- Use the recommended size and rating battery.
- Ensure the battery polarity is correct.
- Do not let battery fully discharge.

12.WARRANTY
Oztime Technologies products are made from parts and components that are new. Oztime Technologies warrants that the hardware products it supplies will be free from defects in materials and workmanship. The limited warranty term is twelve months beginning on the date of invoice.
This limited warranty does not cover damage due to external causes, including accident, abuse, misuse, problems with electrical power, servicing not authorized by Oztime Technologies, usage not in accordance with product instructions, failure to perform required preventive maintenance, and problems caused by use of parts and components not supplied by Oztime Technologies.
Oztime Technologies will repair or replace products covered under this limited warranty that are returned to Oztime Technologies’ premises. To request warranty service, you must contact Oztime Technologies technical support within the limited warranty period. Warranty requests can be sent to . If warranty service is required, Oztime Technologies will issue a Return Materials Authorization Number (RMA#) that must be noted to the box of shipment. You will be required to ship the products back to Oztime Technologies in their original or equivalent packaging, prepay shipping charges, and insure the shipment or accept the risk of loss or damage during shipment. Oztime Technologies will ship the repaired or replacement product back to you (freight is at your cost).
Our warranty does not extend to “fair wear and tear”, negligent or incorrect use of our product. Fault or failure caused by Acts of God, terrorism, accidental damage, maltreatment or interference with the goods is specifically excluded. This warranty is in lieu of all other warranties expressed or implied. Oztime Technologies shall not be liable for any special indirect, incidental or consequent damages of any kind or nature.
