Program Quality Review - Program Self-Audit

Each faculty member completes this program self-audit form and submits it to the Team Leader who summarizes the input. The self-audit is intended as a quick reference check to capture faculty input regarding the program in order to guide discussions at the focus groups and to continue to evaluate against the quality criteria.

Criterion 1. Program learning outcomes are set, are consistent with the College mission and the program’s intended purpose, and are appropriate for the credential offered upon completion of the program.
