Program Protection Engineer

Location: Hanscom AFB (Massachusetts)

Clearance Required: Secret

Anticipated Start Date: Immediate

PCI is actively seeking aProgram Protection Engineer to ProvideEngineering support to theThree-Dimension Expeditionary Long-Range Radar (3DELRR) program office, which is within the Battle Management Directorate at Hanscom AFB, MA.

Responsibilities:

  • Collect and maintain existing program protection milestone documentation and artifacts.
  • Develop, review, update, and coordinate the approval of division program protection documentation, strategies and plans. This includes but is not restricted to the Program Protection Plan and its several appendices.
  • Request, analyze, and respond to program threat analysis reports.
  • Provide schedule coordination for program protection documentation.
  • Provide technical review for division documentation.
  • Proactively adjust program protection efforts to meet newly identified threats.
  • Review related Contract Data Requirements List (CDRL) submissions and coordinate feedback/comment including but not restricted to the Program Protection Implementation Plan (PPIP), various Supply Chain Risk Management (SCRM) key practices, Hardware/Firmware/Software development plans, Risk Management Framework (RMF) packages, cybersecurity boundaries and interfaces, counterfeit prevention plans and others.
  • Proactively ensure that program protection efforts are applied appropriately throughout the life cycle; from concept through design, manufacture, test, delivery, sustainment and disposal.
  • Identify program protection risks, coordinate their documentation and mitigation.
  • Proactively keep division leadership informed of program protection risks and status.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
  • Must have experience and background in developing and documenting a Program Protection Plan (PPP)
  • Candidate should have experience and familiarity with Defense Exportability Features (DEF), Technical Assessment and Control Plan (TA/CP), Anti-Tamper (AT), Electronic Attack/ Protection (EA/EP), and security related matters beyond classification
  • Demonstrated critical thinking skills.
  • Proactive and responsive team member.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Demonstrated skill in using Microsoft Office tools for documentation and presentation creation.
  • Strong oral and written communication skills required
  • Must be able to work independently on
