Program Managers/Directors requiring an export license from the U.S. Department of Commerce for EAR-controlled articles and technical data shall provide the below information to the USRA Export Control Office (ECO) in order to expedite the filing of a license application using “SNAP-R,” the Commerce Department’s online licensing system. Worksheets with missing or incomplete information will be returned to the proponent without action. The second page contains guidelines for each “Block”.
