  1. Spraying of 75 ppm GA3 at 5-10% panicle initiation stage can be utilized for enhancing hybrid rice seed production in Kanpur conditions.
  2. 5.0 Kg zinc or 40 Kg Sulphur/ha either singly or in combination is recommended for quality seed production in wheat.

8. / Participation in the college/university building activities / 1. HRD Development: Placed more than 250 students in various quasi govt. & Private organizations during my tenure of Director, Placement.
2. Lab Strengthening: Under NATP project-the seed testing laboratory at CSAU, Kanpur was strengthened. Under the project Seed Germinator, Sieve shaker, portable digital platform balance, digital moisture meter, vacuum seed counter, seed grader, screens of different aperture sizes were purchased for the laboratory.
3. Central Library was strengthened by purchasing of books worth of Lacs. Improved security system and develop user friendly facilities
4.As NCC officer of 54 Bt. Kanpur, students were groomed to make their career not only in the armed forces but in other govt.and private sector also.
5.Automatized “Admission, examination and result management” of UG & PG programme of BAU, Sabour. Necessary infrastructures were created for the cause.
6. Formulated & implemented regulation for awarding Graduate Research Assistantship (GRA) at BAU, Sabour.
7. Introduced new courses on ENG-101-Elementary English and Communication Skill 2 (1+1); AAG-305 & 307: Climate Change & Agriculture 3(2+1); SO1LS-516: Introduction to Nanotechnology 3(2+1) at undergraduate level to make syllabus more meaningful. Started Para veterinary course in Veterinary Science at BAU, Sabour.
8. Opened three new PG department- Seed Science & Technology, Molecular Biology and Genetic Engineering and Post Harvest Technology in horticulture in BAU, Sabour.
9. Instituted “Dr. M.L. Choudhary Gold Medal Award” for outstanding overall performance of UG student of BAU, Sabour.
10. Introduced printed answer book for examination and degree certificate with 10 security features to prevent piracy of the certificate for the first time at BAU, Sabour.

  1. Organised interface of students with private & quasi govt. Organisations to improve interviewing skill of students during my tenure of Director, Placement.
  2. Organised coaching programme for JRF examination to the UG students.
  3. Tested 5, 800 seed sample for germination as In-charge germination.
  4. Monitored and produced breeder seed as BSPO of the University
  5. Being ASRO in the project, coordinated all research programme of the scheme and prepared annual report and presented in the annual workshop.
  6. Being a Registrar at BAU, Sabour, Educational programme like examination and result management system were monitored and co-ordinated well. All the report and proceedings of academic council & BOM meetings were prepared and necessary order issued well in time.
  7. Seed priming technology for wheat has been standardized and well demonstrated at farmers field. Through adoption of technology farmers can harvest 5-6% more yield.
