2011 – 2014: Project leader for the research project “Rhetoric experts in the press”. An examination of the use of rhetoric experts in 18 newspapers in Denmark, Norway & Sweden from 2000 to 2010.

Among clients: Norwegian Broadcasting Corporation (NRK), Office of the Prime Minister, Department of Trade and Industry, Ministry of Defence, and other Norwegian ministries.

2006 – 2010: Chief editor of the research journal Rhetorica Scandinavica.

2005 – 2014: Leader of the BA-program in rhetoric at the University of Bergen (UoB).

2005 – 2008: Leader of Ytringsfrihetsseminaret (Freedom of speech seminars).
