Professional EXPErience
§  1992 - present Founder & President of the Middle East Counseling & Development Center (Irshad). The Center provides accreditation to publications and training workshops.
Established a pioneering counseling center in Lebanon that deals with high school students with identity crises. Irshad provides individual and group counseling sessions to help these students make wiser career decisions. This is done in coordination with interested school officials and the Ministry of Education.
o  Interviewed, selected personnel, designed and supervised counseling programs.
o  Counseled parents, teachers, and school administrators
o  Assessed cases of students with special needs and intervened accordingly.
o  Organized and conducted workshops to prepare general & Special Educators in coordination with school Principals and the Lebanese Ministry of Education.

A Non-Governmental Organization (NGO) that deals with children with special needs. In addition, it provides support services to parents, and conducts workshops to train educators. Taaheel is accredited by IRSHAD & the Ministry of Education to train teachers in areas of counseling, assessment, and rehabilitation. Participants receive Accredited Certification.
Collected a sum of $300.000 from national and international
Organizations. Wrote a grant program for developing a pioneer
NGO in Lebanon and the Middle East.
