1. The Term End Theory Examination for B.ED-SEDE will be held in February 2008 as per proposed Programme Schedule enclosed herewith for the g examinees as detailed in the Table below:

• First Year Candidates of 2007-2008 (Sixth) Batch
• Failed and absentee First Year Candidates of 2005-2007 (Fifth) Batch

• Second Year Candidates of 2005-2007 (Fifth) Batch

• Reappearing Candidates of 2004-05 (Fourth) Batch (Third & Last Chance
• Failed Candidates of 1st.m2nd. & 3rd. Batches who will take Readmission *

• to failed candidates of Batches 1 to 3 for READMISSION by depositing Rs.2000/-in a Demand Draft in favour of the Registrar,MPBOU, payable at Bhupal for clearing failed Paper(s) with a copy of the last Marlsheet and a Readmission Application Form enclosed herewith;
• to failed candidates of Batches 1 to 5 to fulfill eligibility conditions for internal assessment infailed Theory and Practical Papers and appear in Trm End Practical Examination conducted by the Study Centre for failed Papers.

1. The B.Ed-SEDE Coordinator will work as the Examination Superintendent.
2. Please find here with enclosed the following documents

(a) Scheduled Time Table of B.Ed.-SEDE Term End Theory Examination February 2008,

(b) Fresh Enrolment List of the First Year Candidates of Sixth Batch (2007-08) of your Study Centre

(c) A copy of the Syllabus of Practical Course for Basic Computer Operation

1. Please also find a copy of the Implementation Guidelines for B.Ed-SEDE Programme which inclide the following Forms and Guidelines for your use::

(a) Certificate of Completion of Assignment and Test and practicals of First Year Programme

(b) Teaching Practice Schedule of selected School Subject (SS-1)

(c) Teaching Practice Schedule of Special Education in Inclusive School

(d) Design of Sample Theory Question Paper

(e) Guide Lines For Term-End Practical Examination

(f) MPBOU B.Ed.-SEDE PROGRAMME FORM : MPBOU FORMAT for B.Ed.-SEDE PROGRAMME – FIRST YEAR : MARK LIST OF INTERNAL ASSESSMENT IN THEORY PAPERS.

(g) MPBOU B.Ed.-SEDE PROGRAMME FORM : MPBOU FORMAT for B.Ed.-SEDE PROGRAMME – FIRST YEAR : MARK LIST OF INTERNAL ASSESSMENT IN PRACTICAL PAPERS..

1. The Coordinator is to notify about the Date Schedules of Term End Theory Examination to the students
2. You are requested to kindly verify the Enrolment List of Your Centre especially

(a) Form No, Spelling of Name of the candidate, Father's/ Mother's/ ( from Secondary School Leaving Certificate of the candidate), and that of Husband's Name from marriage certificate and affidabit,

(b) Sex Code,

(c) Category Code, SS-1/\ & 2, and Disability Area.

(d) Inform immediately, if any name is missing, through Fax and Phone giving details of the candidate. (Note: If any candidate has taken admission whose National Merit List is beyond No. NWL.400, then he/she is not eligibl. Identified such cases have been rejected from the List

(e) Nake necessary correction on the hard copy of MPBOU Enrolment List supplied, if any, through supporting documents supplied by the candidate during admission (See Irem 3(b) above) and then make a photocopy of the same and send the photocopy to MPBOU. at your earliest to enter correction in the DBF. This is essential to avoid such mistake in the Mark List and Certificate.

1. You are also requested to inform immediately about the status on MPBOU Answer Boolss, i.e

• No of Answer Books you will need for the TEE to be held in February 2008 TO

1. You will receive required Number of Answer Books and Question Papers from Examination Section separately in due time.
2. You are requested to complete all formalities of eligibility conditions to allow the candidates to appear in the TEE. Send the Eligibility List of candidates in time .
3. Mark Lists of Internal Assessment in Theory and Practical and Term End Practical Examination in NDA and DA should be sent to Director D & E, Prof. G.D.Singh in MPBOU Formats before the TEE begins
