Key Responsibilities

  • My key area of focus was to successfully manage end to end installation and delivery of issues on site across procurement, logistics, and supply and punch point clearance sites
  • Engaging with multiple 3rd party sub-contractors and vendors on site
  • Successfully completed a pilot swapping rollout project which was the 1st swap of Vodafone in PAN India, Motorola to Ericsson
  • Management and delivery of all operational site deployments including all aspects of service delivery, budget, cost and financial cost administration and P&L on each program of works
  • Managed, maintained and handled 4 BSCs, 175 cell sites, and 4 POI’s operations independently and successfully maintaining a network availability of 99.98%
