Application documents and deadlines
The standard documents are the basic documents that the students are asking for and the special documents are less important, as only some Local Committees ask for them. So it's mandatory to upload the standard documents, but not the special ones. (Students do it when asked for by the LEO/NEO.)
The upon arrival documents are hard copies documents that the students are requested to take with them in the host country.

Academic Quality status
SCOPE Logbook is not requred, but strongly advised.
Duration of clerkship: 4 weeks
Electronic Application Form: 3 months in advance
Special remarks: / All documents must be sent digitally via database. Student must bring a letter/proof of enrollment and 3 photographs upon arrival!
LJUBLJANA & MARIBOR: Free on bilateral agreement. Students are staying at student dorms or apartments (depending on availability). Pocket money is given to buy food for breakfast and for eating in various restaurants around the city. 2 meals per day are provided.
LJUBLJANA: After you get accepted in Ljubljana LC, you will get an e-mail with a link to a Google Doc form, called Additional AF. You will need to fill out this short form, otherwise your exchange WILL BE CANCELED! Please check your e-mail for it!
For Ljubljana: please apply for calendar months only (form 1st to last of the month). Do not apply for December.
We reserve the right to refuse any exchange student that does not send all the required documents in the Card of Documents, fill out the Additional AF or bring all the required upon arrival documents to the exchange. We will also refuse any students without a proper knowledge of English or Slovenian language.

Social Program details
LJUBLJANA: Social program is carried through by representatives of all faculty fields, not just medical one. During the summer months (July - September) we organize afternoon activities every day from Monday till Friday (including parties almost every day) and also a weekend trip every week. Through the rest of the year the social program is not so intense and it depends on the free time (studies and other obligations) of the students.
MARIBOR: Same as above, there is one of the biggest multicultural festivals in Europe, Festival Lent, going on in July every year.
