The program is delivered in 100 minute periods, four times per week, in the resource room setting. The teacher to student ratio is 1:4. All five pillars of reading, phonemic awareness, phonics, fluency, vocabulary and comprehension are addressed in each 100 minute session.

This 16-20 week program has successfully brought many struggling readers to grade level. Although several students demonstrated growth of 2 or more grade levels, it is common and expected for all students to grow more than one grade level at a time.

As this program continues to deliver extraordinary results, classroom teachers are taking on many of the components as a way to differentiate for all students within their classrooms.

In this one day workshop, find out how it began and get an overview of the strategies and resources used to develop each of the five areas of literacy. Check out the official website for more information http://www.roadways2reading.com.
