Product Manager–Food Ingredients

The purpose of the job:

Manage and develop the assigned product lines to achieve the target goal of CBC Thailand, identify new opportunity, lead and supervise sales team to increase sales target

Position Responsibilities:

  • Manage product lines in order to achieve the target setting (sales and gross profit) assigned focus segment
  • Manage the inventory of the assigned products/ suppliers.
  • Contact to visit key existing and potential customers frequentlyIdentify and develop new opportunity to growth sales of both existing and new customers
  • Communicate with assigned suppliers concerning business plan, market intelligenceand day to day business
  • Carry out market survey and evaluate feasibility of new products and/or suppliers
  • Supervise and coach sales team for planning and daily sales to achieve yearly sales target and profit, guide the introduction of products, suppliers and customers to sales team
  • Control trade outstanding receivables, overdue and inventory
  • Other assignment related with Food industry

Required Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Food Science or related field
  • Master’s degree in Business Administration is plus
  • Minimum 10 years in sales and marketing of food ingredients or related industry
  • Has experience in sales and project development.
  • Strong management skill, mature and good communication skill
  • Good command of English, writing, speaking and reading
  • Computer literate
