PROCUREMENT SPECIFICATION FOR

TI MAKE LINEAR INTEGRATED CIRCUITS

B. DEVICE QUALITY

  1. The devices shall be Qualified to QML ‘V’ of MIL-PRF-38535.
  2. All parts shall undergo Manufacturer’s Pre-cap visual inspection as per condition A of Test Method 2010 of MIL-STD-883.
  3. All parts shall be serialized & screened on 100% to QML’V’ of MIL-PRF-38535.
  4. All parts shall undergo Group A tests as per QML ‘V’ of MIL-PRF-38535.
  5. All parts shall meet the electrical, mechanical and environmental specifications as per applicable Standard Microcircuit Drawings (SMD).
  6. The Devices shall be ELDRS Free upto 100Krad (Si) minimum.

C. DATA PACK REQUIREMENTS

The following Data shall accompany the devices in soft copy (compact disk):

  1. 100% Screening summary
  2. Lot traveler
  3. QCI Group A Test summary
  4. QCI Wafer lot Acceptance summary
  5. QCI Generic Group B, Group C and Group D Test Summary Reports
  6. Generic ELDRS report
  7. Certificate of Conformance issued by the manufacturer.

D. OTHER REQUIREMENTS

  1. The devices shall be marked with MIL-PRF-38535 SMD part number.
  2. Each device type shall be supplied from the lots with same date code. The devices shall be drawn from lots manufactured within 2 years of the date of shipment.
  3. Devices shall be packed in ESD safe packs.
  4. The device body and/or leads shall not have discoloration.
  5. Only Vendors/Suppliers Authorised to source above Space grade components from the Manufacturer will be considered. Necessary Certificate from the manufacturer shall be enclosed along with the offer.

E. RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE SUPPLIER

The supplier will undertake following additional tasks to ensure that the devices meet the

necessary quality requirements:

  1. Perform 100% incoming inspection & Data package review before shipment.
  2. Report to ISAC all NCR/DCN (Document Change Notice) during Procurement/Testing.
