Open Request for proposal to collect best offers from the market and to evaluate the potential for Airframe MRO costs decrease for Aeroflot group airlines vs. current contractual setup.

4.  Subject of the contract with indicated amount of delivered goods, executed work and rendered services:

Airframe Maintenance Services for A320 family and B737NG of Aeroflot Group airlines (Aeroflot, Rossiya, Orenburgskie Avialinii, Donavia).

Airframe Maintenance Services include:

·  heavy check maintenance services but not limited in the scope of:

o  C-Check or equivalent and multiples,

o  D-checks (6Y/12Y) or equivalent

o  Redelivery checks if agreed with lessors

as per AFLG member maintenance program, based on the airframe manufacturer MPD,

·  Maintenance providers will have capabilities to perform other maintenance services on AFLG request, such as:

o  Daily, weekly, A-checks or equivalents

o  A/C Modifications and Upgrades, cabin maintenance and structural repairs mainly combined with heavy check maintenance workpackage,

o  Engine, APU, Thrust Reverser, Landing gear change and engine on-wing tasks mainly combined with heavy check maintenance workpackage,

o  A/C painting mainly combined with heavy check (preferred)

o  AOG team availability in Russian and other relevant airports according to AFLG network (preferred)

Validity of this Procurement Notice: this Procurement Notification is valid until closing date and time for proposals submission indicated in RFP

RFP will be published on: official web-site of JSC «Aeroflot-Russian Airlines» (http://www.aeroflot.ru);

Procedure: free public access is provided to Procurement Notice and Procurement Documentation starting from notification date and until closing date for proposals submission.

Proposals submissions: all proposals must be received prior to 17-00 MSK on July 28th 2014 (first round proposal due date). All proposals should be submitted to e-mail:

8.  Proposals evaluation and tender results:

Proposals evaluation – proposals will be made and evaluated in two rounds. (please refer to Section XIII.b of RFP for more details). Proposals will be evaluated at the following address (but not limited to): 119002, Moscow, 10 Arbat street

Tender results – short list of bidders based on the first round proposals will be defined on August 8th 2014 with the respective email communication.
Final decision on tender results will be taken on August 29th 2014 based on second round proposals.
