Salvage Drum

High density polyethylene salvage drum to provide a safe, economical means for transport and temporary storage of damaged or leaking containers of hazardous liquids, including PCBs. With a minimum capacity of 95 gallons, the salvage drum will have to accept all steel drums up to 55-gallon size. Twist-on lid of this salvage drum incorporates a closed cell polyethylene gasket need to be easily secured without tools. The Polyethylene salvage drum need to be lightweight and nestable for convenient storage.

Salvage Drums

Salvage Drums are designed to fully enclose damaged or leaking containers. All units need a removable cover with rubber gasket, 12-gauge bolt ring closure and exclusive multilingual salvage drum logo. The interior of the salvage drum need to be coated with mild corrosive inhibitor. Standard: UN & DOT Certified for Hazardous Materials.

Polypropylene Shovels

The polypropylene shovel are to be used in chemical spill situations. The scoops of these polypropylene shovels are protected with an anti-static agent which minimizes surface charges. Feature two-piece construction for easy storage. Polypropylene shovels need to be lightweight, non-rusting and virtually unbreakable.

Standard size measures 38.5"l x 10.5"w x 14"h;

Large size measures 40.5"l x 14"w x 18"h.

Hazmat Clean-Up Brush

The Hazmat Clean-Up Brush is made with tough, resilient polyester brush bristles that are chemical resistant and non-sparking. The Hazmat Clean-Up Brush need to be lightweight, rust and corrosion resistant and withstands a wide temperature range with low moisture absorption. Totally sterilizable. Measures 2 1/2" x 18 1/2". One piece, 51" long fiberglass handle.

Universal Spill Pillows, Socks & Pads

Use Pillows, Socks and Pads when spills occur involving hazardous or toxic liquids, immediate containment and cleanup are necessary to protect both human life and the environment. Spill Pillows, Socks and Pads are made with small micron diameter fibers that provide greater retention and strength and absorb at least 16 times its own weight. To be used to absorb non-aggressive spills such as oils, coolants, solvents, and water.

Encapsulated Suit

SL encapsulated suit is a lightweight fabric that provides effective and economical Level B protection against a broad range of chemicals. Encapsulated suit need to be roomy enough to accommodate turnouts and SCBA being worn underneath. The encapsulated suit has a rear entry design with expanded back and zipper. CPF Hazmat Coveralls

Hazmat Coveralls Featuring CPF Fabric

CPF fabric to provide superior physical properties over traditional materials and performs better in strength and durability tests. Provide greater tear resistance and chemical holdout which is achieved by laminating a layer of co-extruded barrier film polypropylene substrate. To be used against a wide variety of chemicals and where rip-out is a concern. Specific applications for Hazmat coveralls would be chemical handling, PCB clean-up and hazardous materials/waste clean-up. Hazmat coveralls feature zipper front, attached hood, elastic wrists/ankles and bound seams.

Isotherm Cool Vest

Isotherm technology needs to offer unparalleled cooling power, helping to reduce the chance of heat-related illnesses in difficult work environments. Engineered to maintain a constant 55ºF, the Isotherm cool vest need to provide cooling for approximately two and a half hours. The cool vest need to have interchangeable front/ back cool pack system and is fully adjustable.

Emergency Response Kit

The Emergency Response Kit need to have all the equipment on-hand that is necessary to assess various hazardous gases and vapors in ambient air. The test results are evaluated on-site providing response personnel a clear course of action. The System will be a combination of reagent chemistry and electronics providing a gas spot check system of unequalled accuracy. The LCD display will prompt the user throughout the simple sampling procedure that is identical for any test. The analyzer should not require warmup or calibration and should feature an integrated data recorder to store measurement values with time/date.

Portable Decon Waste Pools

Any specification not complied with may disqualify the tender.

The supplies described under lot(s) must be accompanied by a “lot” of spare parts and/or of consumables. Neither the unit price nor the overall price of the spare parts will figure in the evaluation of the tender, except where the unit price or the number of parts varies substantially between the tenders received. The list of spare parts must be drawn up by the tenderer in the light of his/her professional experience and taking account of the places of use; it must show the unit prices of the parts, calculated on the basis of Article 11 (below). Nevertheless, the Contracting Authority reserves the right to alter the list of spare parts; any changes will appear in the contract.
