3) Modify existing classes (increase number of slots or intensity)

a. End the current class that is being modified. This should be the last day of the month (Feb. 28,

2015)

  1. You must check the monthly schedule for this class to determine the correct number of weeks and days this class has already been offered. Enter this number in the “weeks per year” column.
  2. Add a new class with the new start date[the beginning of a month (March 1, 2015)], with the newslots/intensity, and new weeks per year.
  3. Save

Here is an example of a current class ending Feb. 28, 2015 and the new class beginning March 1, 2015.

Class 201 is currently scheduled to meet Monday and Wednesday for a total of 6 hours/week for 36 weeks/year.

You want to add another 3 hours on Thursdays starting March 1st for a total of 9 hours per week.
