In the partial modification to the orders issued in the reference 2nd cited, the following territorial jurisdictions of the Commercial Tax Circles are hereby ordered in respect of Kakinada, Vijayawada-I and Vijayawada-II Divsions w.e.f 01.06.2016.
KAKINADA DIVISION
1. Kakinada Circle new jurisdiction
1. Area starting from Atchampeta Junction to Hope International Hospital
2. Kakinada Municipal Corporation Area consisting of
a) Both sides of Road from Atchampeta Junction to Abhiruchi Sweet Stall (Near Masjid Centre) at R.R Road on right side and Kedarsetti Lovaraju and sons complex on left side at Manthri Pragada vari veedi.
b) From right side of Abhiruchi Sweet Stall at RR Road up to Madhavapatnam Railway Track via Zilla Parishad, Indrapalem Bridge, Ideal College, Pratapnagar Bridge.
c) From Left side of Bombay Arya Bhavan Sweet Stall of Manthri Pragada vari veedi to Suryanarayana puram Railway track, Dairy Farm Centre. Dairy Farm Centre to Director of Port Office via Sanjiv Nagar including Gujarat State Petroleum Corporation Ltd and Kumbhabhishekam Centre.
3. And the following Gram Panchayats of Kakinada Rural Mandal:
Timmapuram, Panduru, Nemam, Thammavaram, Suryaraopeta, Penumarthi, Vakalapudi, Valasapakala, Ramanayyapeta, Sarpavaram & S.Atchutapuram, Autonagar Industrial area up to Madhavapatnam Railway track.
2. Jagannaikpur Circle new jurisdiction
1. Kakinada Municipal Corporation Area consisting of
a) Right side area of Main Road starting from Sri Balaji Lodge at R.R Road and left side area of main road starting from New India Bakery to Jagannaikpur Bridge
b) From left side of Raja Ram Mohan Rai Road from Sri Balaji Lodge to Indrapalem Bridge
c) From right side of Manthri Pragada Vari Street from New India bakery to Suryanarayana puram Railway track.
2. Whole area of Jagannaikpur i.e., Southern side area up to Upputeru within corporation limits.
3. And the following Gram Panchayats of Kakinada Rural Mandal:
Indrapalem, Chidiga, Ganganapalli, Swaminagar, Kovvada, Repuru, Kovvuru & Turangi.
4. Revenue Mandals of Tallarevu, Kajuluru and Karapa.
3. Mandapeta Circle new jurisdiction
Jurisdiction comprises of Revenue Mandals of Alamuru, Mandapeta, Kapileswarapuram and Municipal area of Mandapeta Town.
4. Ambajipeta Circle new jurisdiction
Jurisdiction comprises of Revenue Mandals of Razole, Mamidikuduru, Sakinetipalli Malkipuram, Ambajipeta, P.Gannavaram, Kothapeta, Ravulapalem and Atreyapuram.
5. Rajamahendravaram Circle new jurisdiction
1) Jurisdiction comprises of Rajamahendravaram Municipal Corporation area bounded by Railway Track starting from Godavari Bund via Godavari Railway Station to Thadithota Railway Over Bridge on Northern and Eastern sides, River Godavari on the West, and on South- Road starting from Thadithota Railway Over Bridge to River Godavari via Stadium Road, Syamala Centre Police Beat, Vadrevu vari Veedhi.
2) Jurisdiction comprises of Rajamahendravaram Municipal Corporation area bounded by Vadrevu vari Veedhi on North; Road staring from Vadrevu vari Veedhi (near Syamala Centre Police Beat) to Railway Over Bridge Near Fire Station via Kotipalli bus stand on East; Railway Track from Railway Over Bridge near Fire Station to River Godavari On South; and River Godavari including Gowthami Ghat Area (excluding Rotary Kailas Bhoomi) On West.
6. Alcotgardens Circle new jurisdiction
1) Jurisdiction comprises of Rajamahendravaram Municipal Corporation Area bounded by Road starting from Thadithota Railway Over Bridge to Syamala Centre Police Beat ( i.e. Stadium Road) on North; Railway Track from Thadithota Railway Over Bridge upto Municipal Corporation Limits on East; Road Starting from Syamala Centre Police Beat via Kotipalli bus Stand upto Railway Over Bridge Near Fire Station on West; Railway Yard from Railway Over Bridge Near Fire Station to Main Railway Station on South.
2) Both Sides of Road Starting from Railway Over Bridge Near Fire Station to Municipal Corporation Limits upto Coir Board via Main Railway Station including Rotary Kailas Bhoomi.
3) Right Side area of Road starting from Thadithota Railway Over Bridge to Morampudi junction via RTC Complex covered in Municipal Corporation and Panchayats Limits.
4) Right Side area of Road starting from Morampudi Junction via Lalacheruvu leading to Rajanagaram on NH 16.
5) Revenue Mandals of Kadiam, Rajanagaram (including Auto nagar) excluding Lalacheruvu Gram Panchayat, and Revenue Villages namely Dowlaiswaram, Bommuru, Hukumpeta, Morampudi, Rajavolu, Pidimgoyya of Rajamahendravaram Rural Mandal.
7. Aryapuram Circle New Jurisdiction
1) Jurisdiction comprises of Rajamahendravaram Municipal Corporation Area bounded by Corporation Limits up to Sanitorium on North; Railway Track starting from Godavari bund via Godavari Railway Station to Thadithota Railway Over Bridge and Road starting from Thadithota Railway Over Bridge to Morampudi Junction via R.T.C. Complex on South; National Highway No.16 starting from Morampudi Junction via Lalacheruvu up to Agricultural Market Committee Check Post including Lalacheruvu Gram Panchayat on East and River Godavari on West.
2) Revenue Mandals of Korukonda, Gokavaram, Seethanagaram,
Rampachodavarm, Devipatnam, Maredumilli, Chinturu, Vara
Ramchandrapuram, Kunavaram, Yetapaka and Revenue
villages namely Katheru, Kolamuru, Thorredu of
Rajamahendravaram Rural Mandal.
VIJAYAWADA-I DIVISION
1. Nuzivid Circle jurisdiction (New Circle)
Agiripalli Mandal, Musunuru Mandal, Nuzivid Mandal, part of Bapulapadu Mandal (excluding area of No.II Divisin, Vijayawada) Gampalagudem Mandal, Vissannapet mandal, Reddigudem Mandal, Tiruvur Mandal, Chatrai Mandal and A.Konduru Mandal of Krishna District.
VIJAYAWADA–II DIVISION
I) Krishna Lanka Circle New Jurisdiction:-
1). Krishnalanka Circle starts from East side of 1 Division (Indrakeeladri Circle) i.e. back side of Pandit Nehru bus stand – railway bridge. It extends from bus stand- railway bridge upto screw bridge ( bothside) including southern side ends with Krishna river and northern side ends with Police Control Room. Including Metla bazaar, Rice Kotla Bazar, Ramalayam Street, Ashok Nagar, Purna Chandra Nagar, Satyanarayana Nagar, Geetha Nagar, Balaji Nagar, Rani Gari Thota, Nehru Nagar, Gowthami Nagar, Dwaraka Nagar, Chowdari Pet, Brahmaramba Puram, Bhaskararaopet (Including R.T.C. Bustand up to Railway Track).
2). Right side of Eluru Road – starting from old bus stand upto Beasant
Road corner (Pen Corner).
3). Right side of Besant road starting from Beasant Road corner (Pencorner) upto Roop Kala Showroom and from Roop Kala showroom to M.G. Road both sides of Beasant Road.
4). M.G. Road – Starting from Police Control Room both sides and ends at D.V Manor Junction and extends upto right side of Bandar Canal (A1-Convention Centre Road), Brundavan Colony upto screw bridge.
5). Prakasam Road starting from Hotel Swarna Palace back side road to Beasant Road (both sides).
6). Gopal Reddy Road starting from Police shopping complex ( Opp. Old bust stand) to Kasturi bhai pet, Bellapu Sobhanadri Statue (both sides of the road). A.S. Rama Rao Road starting from right side of Bellapu Sobhanadri statue, Pushpah Hotel junction up to the right side of Siddartha Arts College main road including Moghalrajpuram, Prajasakthi Nagar, Kasturibhaipet, Labbipet, Giripuram, Punnai thota, PWD ground of Raithubazar, Governorpet and Museum Road.
7). Left side of Tickle Road starting from hotel D.V.Manor Junction to Sidhartha Arts College.
II) Patamata Circle Jurisdiction (New Circle)
1). Bandur Road:- Starting from Benz Circle - right side of Bandar Road towards Machilipatnam, N.T.R. Circle, Patamata Centre, Z.P. High School Centre, Siris Company, Tadigadapa (Kanuru), Kamayyathopu, Poranki Centre, Penamaluru Centre, Ganguru (up to Electricity Sub Station). It includes Ashok Nagar, Tulasi Nagar, Chowdaripet, Ayyappa Nagar, Krishna Nagar, New R.T.C. Colony, Electricity Colony, J.D. Nagar, Patamata, Patamatalanka, Patamata Donka Road, Yanamalakuduru Village, Ramalingeswara Nagar upto Screw Bridge.
2). Left side of Bandar Road starting from Autonagar Bus terminal ending road to Ganguru (Electric Sub station) including Solvent Road, Sanath Nagar, JRD Tata Industrial Area.
3). Penamaluru Mandal:- Ganguru, Penamaluru, , Chodavaram, Pedapulipaka, Tadigadapa, Villages.
4). Starting from right side of Autonagar Bus Terminal ending road through Ballemvari Veedhi touching at Eluru Road (Enikepadu).
5). Right side of Eluru Road starting from Bellam vari veedhi i.e from Prasadam padu, Enikepadu, Nidamanuru Villages up to Gudavalli Bridge.
III) Benz Circle New jurisdiction
1). Right side of M.G. Road from D.V. Manor Junction to Benz Circle including bylanes and Chandramoulipuram and P&T Quarters up to Screw Bridge.
2). Left side of M.G. Road starting from D.V. Manor Junction up to Benz Circle including bylanes and, Veternary Colony, Central Excise Colony, Loyola College, LIC Colony, Pinnamaneni Poly Clinic Road, Acharya Ranga Nagar, Sai Nagar, Khanna Nagar, Tikkle Road, Jaya Prakash Nagar, Amma Kalyanamantapam Area, I.T.I College Area, Ashok Nagar, Siddardha Nagar, P.B. Siddardha Arts & Science College, Municipal Employees Colony, Gayathri Nagar Area(Opp. Stella College Area).
3). Left side of Eluru Road from Benz circle up to Mahanadu Road, after Mahanadu Road both sides of Eluru Road up to Bellam vari Veedhi-Including Currency Nagar, Ramachandra Nagar.
4). Both Sides of Eluru Road from Ramavarapadu Ring to Gunadala, Machavaram Down ending with Cancer Hospital. Right sideof Tikkle Road from D.V. Manor Junction up to E.S.I. Bus stop.
5). From Ballem vari veedhi Left side of Prasadam padu, Enikepadu, Nidamanuru villages up to Gudavalli Bridge inclusive of Vijayawada Rural Mandal Villages – Nidamanuru, Enikepadu, Prasadampadu.
IV) Suryaraopet Circle New Jurisdiction
1). Starting from : Old Bus Stand ( Opp Police Control Room ) Between Rivas Canal Right side to left side of Karl Marx’s Road ( Eluru Road ) up to Chuttu Gunta Centre ( Near B S N L ) and from left side of Chuttugunta Centre to Alluri Sitarama Raju Bridge including Lenin Centre, Annadana Samajam Road, Kothavanthena Centre, Lalbahadur Sastry street., Banka Venkateswarlu Street, Chuttugunta Centre
(Cement Road Left side towards Alluri Seetharama Rama Raju Bridge).
2). Starting from: Left side of Besant Road towards M.G. Road from adjacent to Ravindra Cool Drinks Corner to Prakasam Road ‘X” Road and from both sides of Prakasam Road “X” to Puspha Hotel centre and from Right side of Karl Marks Road (Eluru Road ) starting with Ravindra Cool Drinks to Kothavanthena Signals( V.Syamaladevi St starting ) and from Kothavanthena Signals ( Starting V.Syamaladevi St., Bellapu Sobhanari St., ) towards M.G.Road right side up to Puspha Hotel. (The above lanes between Karl Marx’s Road i.e., Eluru Road right side to Prakasam Road end of Bellapu Sobhanadri Street right side towards M.G. Road).
3). Starting from : Gandhinagar Sambamurthy Road at Alnkar Inn Gate (Alankar Theatre) towards Left side upto Opp. Vijay Talkies Bridge, Vijayawada Bakery and from Vijayawada Bakery to Andhra Ratna Road ends at Masjid side and turn towards Inox theatre Rajagopala Chari Veg.
