Pennysmart CIC are recruiting a full-time/job share Trainee Adviser to join their team working from their Chester office. Work may involve some travel to deliver outreach, drop-ins or money skills sessions across North Wales/Cheshire area, however the work will mainly be office based, and will consist of telephone advice and casework support alongside our experienced advisers.
Pennysmart CIC is a member of AdviceUK, and will offer advice training to IMA, Wiser Adviser and Citizens Advice standards during the 6 months if the trainee progresses well. There will be an opportunity to study for the IMA Certificate in Money Advice Practice, and to become a licensed DRO intermediary.
We are looking for candidate with high levels of people skills, patience, non-judgemental with an upbeat approach. You will need to be able to deal with complex cases, excellent attention to detail and an enthusiasm for the work. Also, listening skills, IT literate (all our IT systems are Cloud based) and good levels of written English and maths.
Ieally, we are looking for someone from a social welfare, teaching, community, housing, banking, financial services or advice background.

We are looking for an enthusiastic RGN to contribute to the delivery of the highest standard of quality care for our patients, families and carers. You must be self-motivated, with effective organisation and time management skills.

Food Service Assistant/Housekeeper

You will be required to work on a rota basis within the housekeeping and catering department. Duties in the kitchen will involve food preparation, general kitchen duties including serving patients and their families.
