CURRENT SCIENTIFIC ACTIVITY

My research interest includeshow work in healthcare organisations isorganized and managed, theconnections between medicine and management,collaboration between different health professionals, and how the work environment of health professionals and healthcare managers on different organisational levels is associated to patient outcome (patient safety and quality of care).

I amat presentmain PhD supervisor for Håkan Uvhagen (accepted as PhD candidate Dec 2013 at Department of LIME KI, passed half-time seminar June 20, 2016).
