Job Title / Program Manager
Primary Function/Core Job Responsibilities / Coordinates IT activities...request management, prioritization, expectation management, etc.
Responsibilities include:
  • Works with the Carriers/Partners to build, develop, and nurture Carrier/Partner relationships.
  • Primary contact between HPS Operations team and the Carrier/Partner.
  • Aggregation and reporting of Quality Service metrics;
  • Financial settlement preparation;
  • Generate additional revenue for non-contractual work;
  • Managing operations based projects related to Carrier business including the
implementation of new or changing procedures, networks, benefits, etc.;
  • Builds, nurtures and maintains customer satisfaction with Carrier/Partners;
  • Interprets and implements compliance changes that affect Operations;
  • Manages external audits on carrier business;
  • Supports HPS Operations area.

Minimum Education & Experience /
  • Bachelors, desire Undergraduate degree w/financial and project management experience.
  • 2-5 years claims or insurance experience
  • 2-5 years project management experience
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Energetic and customer focused
  • Ability to travel when required (minimal)

  • Ability to handle multiple tasks
  • Ability to manage individuals at all levels and reporting structure towards the successful completion of key business objectives

  • The impact may have significant dollar implications before the problem is identified

Job Knowledge /
  • Supports and demonstrates the HPS vision/values in their daily work
  • Strong working knowledge of company procedures and policies.
  • Usually achieved with experience through multiple business cycles in various assignments, generally 5+ years.

Computer skills /
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite of Products (strong Excel)
