V. Closing provisions
The participation of your institution at the Higher Education and Scholarships Fair (at a single or both locations) can only be confirmed after you make the payment of the participation fee for exhibitors and your institution thus becomes entitled to all the exhibitors’ benefits.
The amount of the participation fee cannot be paid in instalments.
Cancellation of exhibitor’s participation must be made in writing and the registration fee is refundable under the following terms:
- The full amount of the participation fee is refundable if you cancel your participation at the Fair by 30 June 2017
- 50% of the participation fee is refundable if you cancel your participation at the Fair by 15 September 2017
- Participation fee is non-refundable after 15 September 2017
VI.
The Higher Education and Scholarships Fair is a nonprofit event and the funds obtained from donations, sponsorships and participation fees are used to finance the organisation of the Fair.
VII. Liability disclaimer
The Institute for the Development of Education, as the organizer of Higher Education and Scholarships Fair, and the National and University Library and University of Rijeka, as co-organizers, will not be held liable for any loss or damages of the property during the Fair or during the exhibitors’ travel to the Fair, nor will they be held liable in case of injury or death, prior, during or after the event.
