Carolyn Mounce is a personal injury professional with two decades of senior management experience, building and developing teams in government and corporate organisations.
Carolyn now works with organisations teaching them how to communicate and influence others. As a human behaviour specialist, Carolyn converts the latest research into practical tactics that deliver results.
She has co-authored ‘On the Front Foot: Six Simple Steps That Fast Track Return to Work’, which offers an approach to influence and behaviour central to her work.
Carolyn creates a relaxed, engaged training environment with a passion that is contagious to all those around her. Her programs offer practical techniques for personal and business leadership that build confidence in participants to use what they learn.

Trudy Minett is a business professional with significant experience in designing and delivering transformational change.
She worked with the South Australian Government to design and implement the Return to Work scheme for work injury insurance.
Trudy has worked on other major projects within work injury insurance – such as vocational rehabilitation, premium design and whole person impairment assessment – all focused on achieving behaviour change that prevents work injury or improves recovery and return to work for injured workers.
