Sponsorship and donationsassistSHWPprovide an enhanced service to our members and sponsor promotion and marketing opportunities.

The following outline Sponsorship programs available and the benefits the Sponsor receives for their support:

Gold Sponsor –nominally $5000 per year or $3000/yr over 3 years

One Sponsorship Available – SHWP Major Competition Sponsor
Named as Gold Sponsor on our website, ALL member email outs and other promotion material etc
Banner ~400mm x 1500m promotion on competition nights
Twice nightly recognition via announcements encouraging members to utilise Sponsor
The option to promote their business on Competition nights (providing no marketing conflict with venue owners)
Sales and marketing brochures shall be available on check-in table each competition nights
Once per month the Sponsor may come and promote their products / services. *Conditions will apply regarding actual product promotion eg: no specific products sold by WSC can be sold at venue, product promotion needs to suitably constrained so as not to cause issues with WSC

Silver Sponsor – nominally $500 to $3000 per year

Benefits for ‘base’ Sponsorship
Named as Silver Sponsor on our website, any email outs for the v or promotion material etc
Banner 200mm x 1000m promotion on competition nights
Twice per day/night recognition via announcements encouraging members to utilise Sponsor
Sales and marketing brochures shall be available on check-in table for the relevant Sponsorship night- event
Additional possible benefits depending on sponsorship value can include:-
For the ‘top end” sponsorship fee or % cut of sales (Value to be agreed with SHWP Board) –Sponsor may sell merchandise at prime venue once per month. *Conditions will apply regarding actual product promotion eg: no specific products sold by WSC can be sold at venue, product promotion needs to suitably constrained so as not to cause issues with WSC

Bronze Sponsor–Nominally $100 to $500 per year

Meat Sponsor for Summer Comp– eg 20% of market rates for product sold & monthly meat raffle to RRP of $30
General Raffle Sponsor for Summer Comp
Bi-weekly supply of goods to RRP of $30 for raffle – 2 available
Monthly supply of goods to RRP of $60 for raffle – 1 available

Benefits for ‘base’ Sponsorship
Named as Bronze Sponsor on our website, any email outs for grade or promotion material etc
A4 promotion on Sponsor Board
Once per day/night recognition via announcements encouraging members to utilise Sponsor
Additional possible benefits depending on sponsorship value can include:-
If applicable, logo on team shirts sleeve etc
