TWO AUTOLIFTERS ARRESTED
With the arrest of two autolifters namely Vinay Kumar S/o Vijay Kumar (24 Yrs ) R/o F-4B Ugana Chowk Agar Nagar Prem Nagar-III, Delhi and Tinku S/o Babu Lal (19 Yrs) R/o A-64 Agar Nagar, Prem Nagar –III, Delhi, the staff of PP Prem Nagar, PS Aman Vihar has worked out a case of autolifting.
BRIEF FACTS
On 28.12.2011 a secret information was received through a reliable source that two auto lifters presently are dismantling a stolen motor cycle, if the raid is conducted they can be caught red handed. Therefore, a team of HC Satbir Singh 3105/OD, Ct Anjani 2893/OD, Ct Pawan 3010/OD, Ct Subash Rathi and Ct Munde No 2962/OD was constituted and sent to the place of mukhbari and raid was conducted on a house wherein both the above said accused were caught red handed with dismantled parts of a stolen motorcycle No DL-4S-BH-5268 (Bajaj Discover). On interrogation, it was found that the same was stolen from the Area of Prem Nagar on the midnight of 20-21 Dec 2011, vide FIR No 384/11 u/s 379 IPC. Both the accused are new entrant to auto lifting crime.
INTERROGATION
During the course of interrogation, accused Vinay Kumar S/o Vijay Kumar (24 Yrs ) R/o F-4B Ugana Chowk Agar Nagar Prem Nagar-III, Delhi and Tinku S/o Babu Lal (19 Yrs) R/o A-64 Agar Nagar, Prem Nagar –III, revealed that they targeted bike parked on streets. They used to hide the stolen vehicle in the house of Vinay Kumar and after that they would dismantle the stolen vehicle and sold the pieces to street kabadi.

MODUS OPERANDI
The accused used to target bikes parked on street. They used to hide the stolen vehicle in the house of Vinay Kumar and after that they would dismantle the stolen vehicle and sold the pieces to street kabadi.

SUFI BENGALI BABA ARRESTED FOR VICTIMIZING MANY GULLIBLE AND FRUSTRATED LADIES ON THE PRETEXT OF SOLVING THEIR PROBLEMS: CASH RS 50,000/-, ELECTRONIC CD USED FOR ADVERTISMENT, ETC. RECOVERED
Staff of PS S.J. Enclave, South District arrested one Sufi Bengalil Baba namely Sultan (42 years) s/o Hafizuddin r/o VPO Incholi Muana, Meerut, UP, who was involved in victimizing many gullible and frustrated women on the pretext of solving their problems and recovered cash Rs. 50,000/-, CD used for advertisement and other articles.
BRIEF FACTS :
On 29/12/11, one lady (name withheld) visited PS S.J. Enclave and reported that she was facing some serious problems and there was lot of pressure mounted on her. Meanwhile, she knew about Sufi Bengali Baba through cable TV and in order to mitigate her problems, she contacted Sufi Bengali Baba at C-24, YusufSaraiVillage, New Delhi who along with his associates assured her to solve her all type of problems. She further reported that on the pretext of solving her problems, these persons had cheated Rs. 63,000/- from her. They even continued on demanding more money but the complainant was unable to arrange the money. Then, accused asked her to have physical relations with him. One day, when she visited Baba’s office, he tried to outrage her modesty. In this regard, a case vide FIR No. 389/11 dated 29/12/11 u/s 420,354,509,34 IPC PS S.J. Enclave was registered and investigation taken up.
INVESTIGATION :
During the course of investigation, a team comprising SI D.V. Singh D-284, HC Hansraj 1982/SD, Ct Pop Singh 2898/SD, Ct Malkeet Singh 1432/SD and Ct Manoj Negi 3140/SD headed by Inspr. Sandeep Ghai, SHO/S.J. Enclave under the supervision of Sh. Mohinder Singh, ACP/S.J. Enclave was constituted to arrest the accused persons. A raid was conducted and accused Sufi Bengalil Baba namely Sultan(42 years) s/o Hafizuddin r/o VPO Incholi Muana, Meerut, UP was arrested from C-24, YusufSaraiVillage, New Delhi. On his instance, a CD in the name of Baba Lal Khan, cash Rs. 50,000/-, some tantric items, etc. recovered from his office. Further investigation is on to apprehend the associates of accused.
MODUS OPERANDI :
The modus operandi of accused is that they used to advertise through local cable TV network and claims to have super natural powers and can solve all the problems. They used to allure gullible and frustrated people, preferably ladies on the pretext of solving their problems. When any person contacts them telephonically, they used to call her in their office located in Village Yusuf Sarai and accused Sultan (posing as Sufi Bengali Baba) gives a ‘pudiya’ and asked her to burn it in an abandoned place and when the paper is converted into ash, the same be lapped on the whole body or in the total naked condition. They used to call the victim several times on the pretext of getting them relieved from their problems and every time they used to extort huge money from the victim. If anyone shows inability for cash, accused used to persuade the victim for having physical with him so that their sperm mixed with each other and her problem is sorted out completely for ever.
PROFILE OF ACCUSED :
Sufi Bengalil Baba namely Sultan (42 years) s/o Hafizuddin r/o VPO Incholi Muana, Meerut, UP is a school dropout.He has big family consisting of 7 brothers and sisters. His own family is also consisting of 7 members. He was facing lots of problems and financial crisis to bear the expenses of his family. Hence, he posed himself as Sufy Bengali Baba and started victimizing gullible and frustrated women on the pretext of solving their problems and cheated them.

FAKE SHOOTOUT DRAMA UNEARTHED- COMPLAINANT ARRESTED & ILLICIT ARMS RECOVERED.
With the arrest of three persons namely Rajpal @ Billa, Khazan Singh Sharma @ Bunty and Rahul, the staff of Police Station Nihal Vihar, West District has unearthed a fake shootout case reported by Rajpal @ Billa at police station Nihal Vihar vide FIR No 339/11 u/s 326/34 IPC and also busted a racket of illegal arms by recovering four country made pistols along with live cartridges.
PROFILE OF ACCUSED
1.Rajpal @ Billa S/o Birbal R/o Village Pattikalyana, PS Samalkha, District Panipat (Haryana) Present Add: RZU-18, Nihal Vihar, Nangloi, Delhi- age 34yrs. He is Graduate and had worked for ICICI Bank, ModelTown, Panipat ( Haryana) prior to his involvement in case of PS Samalkha. But after his release from jail in July 2011 he shifted to Delhi to execute his plan of revenge and presently staying with his parents and brother Mahipal who is running a Milk Dairy at T-Block, Nihal Vihar, Delhi.
2.Khazan Singh Sharma @ Bunty S/o Balraj Sharma R/o Village Syed, Nangloi, Delhi-age 28 yrs. He has studied upto 8th class and presently working as a private Chowkidar in DDAPark, Nihal Vihar, Delhi.
3.Rahul S/o ShivRaj Singh R/o E-44, Kunwar Singh Nagar, Nangloi, Delhi- age 20 yrs. He has studied upto 10th class and doing private job at Peeragarhi, Delhi.
PREVIOUS INVOLVEMENTS
- Rajpal @ Billa was involved in case FIR No 73/2011 dated 28.1.2011 u/s 452/307 IPC & 25,27 Arms Act, PS Samalkha, District Panipat ( Haryana).
- Rahul and Bunty have no previous involvements.
RECOVERY MADE
Four country made pistols along with four live cartridges including one weapon of offence have been recovered from all these three accused persons.
INCIDENT
On 28.12.11 at 8.52 PM, a PCR call was received at Police Station Nihal Vihar that “ At Ambika Enclave Kakiwali Gali one boy is lying in unconscious state”. This information was lodged and entrusted to ASI Subeddin. On reaching the spot it came to notice that the injured person has already been removed to SGMHospital, Mangolpuri, Delhi. On reaching the hospital ASI Subeddin found that one person was admitted in hospital with Gun Shot injury. On the statement of Rajpal @ Billa a case vide FIR No 339/11 dated 29.12.2011 u/s 326/34 IPC was got registered at police station Nihal Vihar and investigations was taken up. The spot was minutely inspected by the local police as well as by the District crime team.

Keeping in view the contradictory statements made by the complainant and the sequence of events vide which he stated that at the time of incident one of his friends namely Bunty was very well present at the spot and he knew the assailants by name, a team comprising of Inspr. Sunil Kumar , SHO-Nihal Vihar, Inspr. C.L. Meena, SI Radhey Shyam No D-1149, SI Ram Kishore No D-3754, ASI Subeddin No 4975/D, HC Vijender No 211/W, Ct Sandeep No 918/W, Ct Kuldeep No 1645/W, Ct Ajay No 3144/W and Ct Chander, No 3024/W under the supervision of Sh. Raj Kumar ACP-Nangloi was constituted to probe the entire case in all possible angles.
INVESTIGATION AND INTERROGATION
The investigation from various angles was made and several suspects were interrogated. During the interrogation of Khazan Singh Sharma @ Bunty , he stated that the injured/complainant Rajpal @ Billa has enmity with one Sandeep r/o Village Pattikalayana, District Panipat ( Haryana) who lodged a case of attempt to murder against Rajpal @ Billa in which Rajpal @ Billa remained in judicial custody for about six months and after his release from jail he has been residing in Nihal Vihar, Delhi. Rajpal @ Billa came in contact with Bunty about four months back. One day in the month of October 2011. While sitting in the park Rajpal @ Billa had told the story of his past to Bunty and Rahul (Bunty’s friend) and they planned to murder Sandeep or to lodge a false case against Sandeep of the same nature i.e. attempt to murder in Delhi. Further it was revealed that Rajpal @ Billa had bought four country made pistols along with live cartridges from Aligarh U.P. which were shown by Rajpal @ Billa to Bunty and his friend Rahul and gave one country made pistol along with one cartridge to Bunty and two country made pistols along with one cartridge to Rahul and kept one country made pistol with him for further plan of action. The second country made pistol was given to Rahul to meet any eventuality i.e. misfire and possibility of any fault during their operation. That finally on 28.12.2011 in the evening Rajpal @ Billa, Bunty and Rahul assembled in DDA Park, Nihal Vihar, drank together and Rajpal @ Billa to promised give Rs 50,000/- to Bunty and as per the plan of Rajpal @ Billa , Bunty had fired upon Rajpal @ Billa and a PCR call was made by Bunty subsequently, on the statement of Rajpal @ Billa the report regarding firing was lodged at police station Nihal Vihar as per their plan against Sandeep & his friend Dimple. After coming to know the real story Khazan Singh Sharma @ Bunty was arrested in this case and a country made pistol along with one live cartridge was got recovered from the house of Bunty and during investigation it has also been verified from police station Samalkha, Panipat, (Haryana) that a case vide FIR No 73/2011 dated 28.1.2011 u/s 452/307 IPC & 25/27-54-59 Arms Act was found registered at PS Samalkha against Rajpal @ Billa lodged by one Sandeep r/o Village Patti Kalyana, Panipat ( Haryana). Sustained interrogation of Rajpal @ Billa revealed that he suspected that his wife namely Archana had illicit relation with his friend Sandeep and it became the bone of dispute between Sandeep and Rajpal @ Billa, resulting an attempt to murder Sandeep by Rajpal @ Billa and Rajpal @ Billa had fired upon Sandeep in the month of January-2011. After his release from jail on 07.07.2011, Rajpal @ Billa had been planning to teach Sandeep a lesson and for that purpose he had bought four country made pistols and cartridges from Aligarh U.P. On his disclosure Rahul has also been arrested in this case on 30.12.2011 from Shamshan Ghat Road, OppositeDDAPark,Nihal Vihar and a country made pistol along with one live cartridge was recovered from his possession. On sustained interrogation he got recovered another country made pistol from his house. Further investigation is in progress.

INCIDENT, TEAM AND ARREST
In view of the directions of worthy Commissioner of Police, regarding meaningful bus checking, a number of bus checking points had been put up in the west district. A team comprising of SI Bhanwar Singh, HC Devender , HC Vijender Singh, Ct Rajender, Ct. Virender was checking the buses at Subhash Nagar Metro Station on Najafgarh road in the area of PS Tilak Nagar. A DTC bus (route no 816) with registration no. DL 1PC 9700 was stopped for checking and police team entered the bus from the rear and front. On seeing the police party a person sitting on left side and carrying a sack full of vegetables became anxious. He was questioned by the police party and was asked about the sack and was asked to show the contents inside. On opening the sack the police party found 18 country made fire arms and 19 live rounds. A case Fir No. 459/11 u/s 25/54/59 Arms Act PS Tilak Nagar has been registered and he was arrested.
INTERROGATION:-
Ravinder confessed that in winter there is an increase in the demand of illegal fire arms by the unscrupulous elements and this increases the prices of illegal fire arms manifold. So, he thought of making a quick buck and went to an old associate in meerut and bought 18 No. of illegal fire arms each. He had reached at Old Delhi Railway Station and from there he had brought the fire arms from meerut U.P. and was carrying them to his house in Nihal Vihar via Uttam nagar from where he had planned to sell it. On sustained interrogation he disclosed about his involvement in previous cases of burglary and arms act in PS Nangloi. Further investigation is in progress.

KIDNAPPING OF ONE YEAR OLD GIRL SOLVED : ACCUSED ARRESTED AND CHILD RECOVERED SAFELY WITHIN 24 HOURS
With the arrest of one Data Ram aged 22 years s/o Ram Samujh r/o Vill. Muho Chaura, District Balram Pur, UP, the Central District police has solved a kidnapping case of one year old girl child. The kidnapped child was safely rescued from the clutches of kidnapper within 24 hours by a swift operation.
INCIDENT
One Smt. Pinki (name changed) r/o Punjabi Basti, Anand Parbat, Delhi reported that someone had kidnapped her one year old girl child from her house. Consequently, a case of kidnapping vide FIR No. 102/11 was registered at PS Anand Parbat and immediately investigation was taken up in the right earnest.
TEAM AND INVESTIGATION
Complainant Pinki informed that one Data Ram who is residing in her neighbourhood had called her on her phone that he had kidnapped her child and wanted to meet her near Shiv Mandir, Patel Nagar. On this, a police team consisting of Inspr. Dinesh Kumar, SHO/Anand Parbat, Inspr. Satender Mohan I/C Special Staff/Central, SI Padam Singh, Ct. Rajender, Ct. Joginder and W/Ct. Snehlata was formed under the supervision of Shri B.R. Maan, ACP/Patel Nagar.
When the complainant called up Data Ram, he asked her to meet in Lucknow, UP and then he again called up and asked her to reach Kanpur, UP. Further on the basis of technical surveillance of mobile of accused, his position was tracked at Kanpur. The police team along with complainant was immediately dispatched to Rampur/Kanpur. When they reached at Kanpur, Data Ram again called complainant and asked her to meet at Kanpur Railway Station along with child. The police team took position around Kanpur Railway Station and kept the movement of complainant under close surveillance. When Data Ram reached at Railway Station, he was nabbed by the police team at the instance of complainant Pinki. The kidnapped child was safely recovered from his possession.
INTERROGATION
Accused Data Ram was subjected to sustained interrogation in which he disclosed that he along with his friend (complainant’s husband) was living in a rented house in Punjabi Basti, Anand Parbat since the year 2008. Meanwhile, his friend got married with Pinki (name changed) and they all were living in the same house. In the year 2009, accused Data Ram had provided financial help to Smt. Pinki while she was under treatment for spine tuberculosis and he spent all his money on her treatment. After some time, Ashok and Pinki shifted him out of the house and accused Data Ram started living in a separate room in the neighbourhood. He could not bear the separation from Pinki and decided to pressurize her to get divorce from her husband and to get back the money which he had spent on her treatment. On the day of incident, he had gone inside the room of Pinki and had taken away her girl child while she was not there.
After kidnapping the child, he called the complainant Pinki and threatened her to bring Rs. 1 lakh which he had spent on her treatment. Before he could execute his plan, he was arrested due to the alertness and swift action of the police team.
