SPOKANE, Wash…Presentation Switchers, Inc. (PS), a U.S. based audio-visual manufacturing company located in Spokane, Washington,has announced the release of the EX200, an HDBaseT / HDMI Receiver with integrated speaker output.
More features in less boxes equates to a more simple, cost-effective and easy-to-maintain design. The EX200 accepts an HDBaseT input and outputs HDMI. Additionally, stereo audio is extracted and provided on a line level output (RCA) and on speaker outputs (L/R, 25 watts each). Audio is extracted even when the source is transmitting encrypted (HDCP) content, such as a movie originating from a BluRay™ player. In situations when you want to inject your own background music, the EX200 features an integrated stereo audio input jack. Finally, the EX200 is RS-232 controllable. This means that a 3rd party controller, such as those offered by Crestron, AMX, or Extron, can perform volume up, volume down, audio muting, delay, subwoofer and EQ levels on the audio.
