Cllr. Symonds, as a Borough Councillor, was attending as a Town Councillor and if she made any comments these were a preliminary view and that she might change her view when hearing all the evidence at the Borough Planning Board.

39CORRESPONDENCE

The Committee was informed that it has until 9 October to make any comments on the Birmingham Airport change of flight path consultation. It was agreed that the changes would have little effect on Coleshill, and that the villages further afield would be affected more. It was AGREED that there would be no response submitted.

The Town Council has been asked for a consultation response on Love Coleshill application for the High St closure on 30 November (late night shopping event). The Councillors RESOLVED that this would be an excellent event that would encourage community spirit and encourage footfall on the High Street.

At this point, as there was no further business, the Chairman closed the meeting at 7.50p.m.
