This template gives you guidelines for producing your manuscripts. Authors are obliged to use this template and check all the detailed instructions. Please do not make revision or modification about the format. No further formatting work will be conducted after the paper is submitted. Do not change the font sizes or line spacing to squeeze more text into a limited number of pages.

All proceeding papers should be prepared using this MS-Word Template. The papers must be written in English, with 4-8 pages in length.Additional pages will be required to cover by an extra fee for publication. The font used in the main text is Times New Roman, 10pt.The top and bottom margin must be 25 mm, and the left and right margin must be 16 mm. All text must be in a two-column format. Columns are to be 85 mm wide, with an 8 mm space in between. The proceeding paper should consist of the following contents in the order specified below:

(a)Title

The title should be written on the second, centered and bolded.

(b)Names of the authors

Leave one blank line above and below the names of the authors.

(c)Affiliation and contact information

Affiliations for all authors should be added to the paper, but the e-mail address of the correspondingauthor only is required.

(d)Abstract

Each paper should be accompanied by an informative abstract summarizing the main topic and the important conclusion in the paper. The abstract should appear at the beginning of the left column.

(e)Keywords

3-5 Keywords should be written below the abstract, and they must be separated by commas.

(f)Main Text

Type your main textusing Times New Roman, 10pt. Make sure that the style of your text is fully justified. Do not use double spacing.

(g)Acknowledgment

Insert your acknowledgement text only in case of necessity.

(h)References

All references should be numbered and listed at the end of the proceeding paper(1).The number of the references should accord with the order of theirappearances in the main text(2,3).The numbers should be noted in the main text with parenthesized superscripts immediately after the references are made(4-6).

2.2Chapterand Section

Chaptersand sections should be organized in a good order.Chapter titles must be centered within the column and appearin Time New Roman, 12pt, bold. There is a blank line above and below each chapter title respectively. Sectiontitles must be left-aligned and writtenin Time New Roman, 10pt, bold, with a blank spacing above and below each section title.

2.3Figures, Photographs and Tables

Figures, photographs and tables should be correctly numbered.Captions for figures and photographs should be placed right belowthem and table captions should be placed above.Authors are responsible for providing legible images for all figures, photographs and tables with serious consideration of their sizes and qualities in the text. Their positions are restricted to the top and bottom of a single column. Avoid placing them in the middle of a column so that they may span two columns.

2.4Equations

Equations should be written as follows with a serial number.
