- Eric Evans, RS, OnlineRME, LLC. 360-471-4087
- Online RME was created by Eric Evans and Ed North. Regulators who saw a need for a system that is tracking/reporting/user friendly
- The fees are capped at $12/year/location. Most Cities are covering the cost on behalf the FSEs and/or pumpers
- Online RME is Customer Driven Development – meaning they can cater it to meet your needs. From sorting, search-ability, task assigning, calendar, and more.
- It uses a sequel database so there is no limit the number of entries or locations each user has
- It is backed up constantly, so lost data is fairly easy to recover
- New users sign-up through OnlineRME where they are assigned an ID. The new user gives their ID to the regulators to be given permission to add pumper reports into the system.
- OnlineRME can track who made changes in a record.
- Both the regulator and user can now upload photos and files in jpeg & pdf formats.
- 11:30 - 11:55 Q&A / Roundtable discussion
- Shawn Madison shared how his division is using the OnlineRME system
- Cradle to grave tracking for FOG (not required yet for FOG, hopefully in near future though)
- FOG receiving options (more options are needed. Everyone is feeling the crunch)
- Other FOG systems being used are Linko, XC2, and Lucidity.
