Friday, February 12th:
9:15am-10:15am:
Pre-School Skating:Windsor Stadium. Admission is FREE. Children must be under the age of 5 in order to attend. Mandatory hockey helmet policy is in effect for all participants.
10:30am-11:30am:
Adult Skating:Windsor Stadium.Admission is FREE. Mandatory hockey helmet policy is in effect for all participants.
12:00pm-6:00pm:
The Lumberjack Special: The Memorial United Church Men's Choir will be preparing their Lumberjack Special which consists of baked beans, bologna, toutons and a molasses bun for only $8.00/plate! Take out and eat-in (4:00-6:00pm). Music by UC5 from 4:30-5:30pm.
2:00pm-4:00pm:
Social Ski:Exploits Valley Cross Country Ski Club (Scott Ave). All ages are welcome. For any individuals who would like to try skiing the Ski Club does have a limited amount of equipment they may borrow on a 'first come, first served basis'. Please check the Exploits Valley Cross Country Ski Club website for details and possible changes to activities.

Traction Tournament: Joe Byrne Memorial Stadium and Windsor Stadium. Come out and watch our national sport and cheer on your local athletes!
8:00-11:00pm:
Wine Tasting and Painting Class: Joe Byrne Memorial Stadium (Hospitality Room). Bring your friends or significant other to this three (3) hour wine tasting and art experience. A local artist from CNVAS (Central Newfoundland Visual Art Society) will guide participants as they explore the creative process of putting paint to paper to create a unique masterpiece. A sample selection of wines and cheeses from around the world will be offered during this event. Cost is $35.00/person which includes a ride to and from the event, wine and cheese, and all painting supplies. Space is limited so call 489-0450 to register.
7:00pm-10:00pm:
Moonlight Ski/Snowshoe & Social:Exploits Valley Cross Country Ski Club (Scott Ave). Come out and enjoy the trail at night as the 1.5km trail will be lit up. All ages are welcome and the Ski Club does have a limited amount of skis and snowshoes that may be borrowed on a 'first come, first served basis'. Eileen M. Dormody Memorial Invitational Bowling Tournament: Exploits Lanes Bowling Alley. Lots of fun and great prizes to be won! Sponsored by the Exploits Disability Association.

Winterlude Family Fun Day:Corduroy Pond. Grab the family and head out to corduroy Pond for a day of skating, sliding and just plain fun in the snow. All ages are welcome. Warm up by the pondside bonfire with a wiener roast and enjoy refreshments and a visit from Gus the Moose. Donations will be accepted for the Community Food Bank. Sponsored by the Corduroy Brook Enhancement Association.

25th Anniversary of Grand Falls-Windsor Teddy Bears on Parade:Main Street (Corduroy Brook Building). Meet at the Corduroy Brook Building on Main Street and parade with Gus the Moose (and his friends) down to Papas Sweet Shop for some free hot chocolate and sweets! Once we are all sweetened up we will parade back to the Corduroy Brook Building.

A local artist from CNVAS (Central Newfoundland Visual Art Society) will guide participants as they explore the creative process of putting paint to paper to create a unique masterpiece. Indulge in the taste of locally and internationally made chocolate while you experience art first hand. Cost is $15.00/person which will include hot refreshments, chocolate and all painting supplies.
