Course Details

This is a non-award course. It does not attract an official Murdoch University qualification or testamur. This course cannot be credited toward any subsequent degree or studies at Murdoch University unless otherwise stated in advertising.

Places in this course are limited and admission is at the discretion of the Course Coordinator.

Students in this programme must perform atcredit level (60% or above) to qualifyforadmissiontotheBachelorofLawsdegreeprogramme.

The course fee of $1,600 includes GST, tuition and a copy of the required textbookfortheunit:Carter’sGuidetoAustralianContractLaw.

Should youneedtocancelyour enrolment,pleasenotifythe Schoolof Lawinwritingfiveworkingdaysbeforethecoursecommences. Thefeewillberefunded in full (less a$50 administrationcharge). After thecoursehascommenced, refundswillonlybe given in exceptionalcircumstances (e.g.seriousillness).
