  • Used resources, increased awareness of evidence based practice with staff
  • I have an increased understanding of what research is telling me. I am better able to interpret the information. I am increasingly aware of types of evidence.
  • Use in my work with graduate and doctoral students that I mentor, use in my work with a research council, use in my work with an EBP Value Analysis committee that I am a member of.
  • Incorporated EBP and developing a PICOT question into curriculum for AD nursing students.
