To represent me before FirstInvestmentBankLtd,Cyprus Branch (the Bank) by exercisingthefollowingrights in my name and on my behalf, namely:

1. At an office of the Bank:

1.1. Toopenbankaccountswithnolimitationsas totheirtypeorcurrencyandtodisposewithoutlimitationswiththebalancesonallbankaccountsopenedin the nameof the company I represent withFirstInvestmentBankLtd, Cyprus Branch, by depositingandwithdrawingamounts in cashwithnolimitations, aswellastoexecuteallkindsoftransfers, including for part or the entirebalanceontherespectiveaccount, and if necessary to close such accounts. To request and execute purchase and sale of foreign currency, to sign requests and to confirm cancellations of payment orders.

1.2. Toconcludecontractsfor termdepositunder conditionsof his/her owndiscretionandtodepositamountson them. Todisposewithout limitationswiththedepositedamounts, including to withdraw such amounts before the maturity date of the deposit.

2.Byusingthe systems,and underthe terms forremote banking(Virtual banking of Cyprusbranch and others) for whichI havevalidregistrationand underthe specific conditions for useof theservicesofferedbysuch systems:

2.1. Todisposewithoutlimitationswiththebalancesonallbankaccountsopenedin the nameof the company I represent withthe Bank, by depositingandwithdrawingamounts in cashwithnolimitations, to executeallkindsoftransfers, including for part or the entirebalanceontherespectiveaccount. To request and execute purchase and sale of foreign currency, to sign requests for cancellations of payment orders.

2.2. Subject to the conditions of the respective service, to receive means for access and identification in accordance with the procedure determined by the Bank for provision of such means.

3. Regardless ofthe place from whichactionsare carried out(bank office or viaremotebanking):

3.1.To submit and sign requests and conclude contracts for all kinds of services, including the ones offered through Virtual banking.

3.2. To declare facts and circumstances concerning the company I represent, by effectively binding me with his/her signature.

3.3. To receive information from the Bank, including through the means for remote provision of information agreed between me and the Bank, on balances on the accounts opened in the name of the company, and any other references related to them.

This power of attorney is of unlimited duration.
