For specific percentages and numbers, the user should apply the appropriate numbers; such as 70%, 80%, 90%, 99%, etc.
For periodic terms, such as “weekly,” the user should apply the appropriate period, such as daily, weekly, biweekly, monthly, annually, etc.
POWER GENERATION

10. Are non-GP generators serviced in the same manner as GP-identified generators (except replacement of non-GP generators will not be the responsibility of the contractor)?
11. Are all new generator O&M requests following the start of the period of performance of this task order completed on an ACL basis?

- Ensure that technical inspections (if not already done) of all non-GP generators are completed before the contractor assumes O&M responsibilities?
- Coordinate technical inspection scope with Base Camp Mayor, LSO, and ACO to determine which generators require inspection?
- Provide inspection report no later than 72 hours after completion of inspection?
13. Following the repairs to bring equipment to standard, does the contractor begin normal O&M?
SERVICE PERFORMANCE MEASURES

Does the contractor provide the planning, distribution, and monitoring and maintenance of equipment for proper load and phase on low-voltage systems (600 volts and below), medium-voltage systems (600 to 33,000 volts) in coordination with the Base Camp Mayor, LSO, per the requirements and as directed by the ACO? / c / c / c / c
17. Does the contractor provide 95% low- and medium-voltage power reliability across the FOB as directed by the ACO and in coordination with the Base Camp Mayor and LSO? / c / c / c / c
18. Does the contractor provide appropriate backup power generation to prioritized locations and facilities, in coordination with the LSO, Base Camp Mayor, and at the direction of the ACO? / c / c / c / c
