Bringing Learning to Life
Camulos Academy will be opening as a new school in September 2016 in Colchester, Essex. We are looking for highly skilled Learning Support Assistants (LSAs) for positions in EYFS and KS1 to join our brand new team in September 2016. We need people who have a real interest in making a difference for our pupils, who have high expectations and who will provide excellent education for all the pupils, including those with additional needs and the more able.
The successful candidates will be confident communicators, demonstrating high standards at all times. They will be enthusiastic about developing our vision for an engaging and innovative curriculum and will fully embrace the life of the school and wider community.
The successful applicants must:
· Enjoy working with challenge
· Be caring and flexible
· Have excellent interpersonal skills and be able to fit it with our hard working team
· Have a good standard in literacy and numeracy skills – (GCSE Grade C or above)
· Have effective positive behaviour management strategies
· Have a strong desire to develop and learn for themselves
This would be an ideal role for someone considering teaching as a profession and wanting to gain invaluable experience either post or prior to gaining NQT status.
