Student Poster Competitors:Posters should be displayed between 1:00-3:00 pm today! The public presentation will take place Tuesday afternoon between 1:00-3:00 pm and the closed judging phase will also take place Tuesday afternoon. You will need to stand by your poster and present its contents to the audience during the Tuesdayposter session.The audience will contain competition judges (unknown to you) who will complete their evaluation during this phase. Winners of the competition will be announced at the Tuesday evening dinner. First place: $300; second place: $200; third place: $100. Winners will also receive a copy of the QNDE conference proceedings.

Poster competition judges’ meeting:Silver Creek,12:30 – 6:00 pm. Judging formswill be explained and distributed.

Monday Plenary Session: TODAY at 9:00am – Ballroom C

Lunches (Monday through Thursday – 2nd floor):Lunch buffets are complimentary for all registered QNDE meeting attendees. Tickets are required and can be found in your registration packet.

Name badges: Please wear name badges for all conference sessions and social functions.

Exhibitor Booths: Please stop by the exhibitor booths between 8:00 am – 5:00 pm Monday – Thursday.

Session chairpersons: Encourage presenters to usemicrophones. Adhere to the abstract book schedule. If a presentation is not given, do not advance the program. Record any no-shows or presenter changes on the sheet provided in your session chair packet. At the end of your session, please return your session schedule with changes and your evaluation sheet to the QNDE Office.

Once uploaded, a message will show up on the screen indicating that your upload was successful. Please be sure to watch for this message on your screen to know whether we have received your presentation.

•Presenters are to upload presentations to the box no later than 20 minutes prior to the start of their scheduled morning or afternoon session. At the start of your session, presentations will be assigned designated folders for access in each room.

•Prior to upload, name your file use the following format:

Files / Day of week: M=Monday T=Tuesday
W=Wednesday R=Thursday F=Friday
•Time of day: (0900a for 9:00 am and 0430p for 4:30 pm)
•First initial of first name and then last name. (Leave a space after the time and a period after your first initial.)
