Position Title: Entry-Level Lawson Administrator

Location: Ellenton, FL

Salary: $40-45K

Position Summary

Perform a variety of duties and tasks of moderate to high complexity, designed to support and maintain the efficient function of all components of the Company’s financial systems and systems that interface. To support key Financial project and reporting initiatives.

Essential Functions

1. / Production and User support of Lawson Financial Systems (GL, AP, AM, AC, PR, HR). Duties include :
1. Consult with end users and Feld’s hosting provider when production issues occur. Correct issues.
2. Create Lawson user accounts, assign security classes, maintain security and integrity of data in interface systems
3. Assist end users in executing test plans and scripts for upgrades
4. Log and maintain tickets with Feld’s hosting provider
5. Provide MS Add In support
2. / Production and end user support of the Expense Reporting system (Concur). Duties to include :
1. Maintain system set up with approval limits, audit rules, employee set up etc.
2. Execute test plans and scripts related to patches, upgrades and new functionality
3. Log and maintain support tickets with Concur
3. / Chart of Accounts (COA) – duties to include :
1.Maintain/update the COA in all modules of the Financial systems
2.Document and obtain approval for all changes
4. / Reporting, duties include:
1.Maintain a report inventory
2.Assist end users with Lawson excel queries and uploads
3.Assist senior Financial Systems Support Analyst in design and build of reports
4. Learn and support the Dashboard Gear reporting product
5. / Cash Management, duties include :
1.Support end users to resolve production issues concerning cash/ACH/Wire payments
6. / Projects, duties include:
Assist with process improvement and systems implementation projects as assigned
7. / Production and systems administration support on Feld’s AP Imaging and Workflow system
8. / Cross train with and backup the duties of the Senior Financial Systems Support Analyst

Qualifications

1. / Bachelors degree in accounting, finance or technology
2. / Minimum 1-4 years of relevant experience in accounting or financial systems
3. / Experience with Lawson Financial systems preferred
