Employment Chronicle

Responsibilities as Turnover Co-ordinator:

  • Involve in defining and marking-up process (on P & ID’s) and non-process systems
  • Update project completion database with project data including systems with associated mechanical tags, inspection reports, test packs, Isometrics, Civil work Tags, Electrical tags, Electrical cables, Instruments etc., ensuring all applicable QC check sheets are generated as per ITP / project requirements
  • Review Piping and Instrument test packs, monitor Piping test pack flow using TOSTR and archive all reinstated test packs
  • Create handover dossiers, track turnover schedules and monitor the documentation progress for priority systems
  • Proactively liaise with the Client, Discipline groups, Construction division and Subcontractors regarding turnover issues
  • Monitor Punch list ensuring MC walk down for handover systems are complete and punch items are cleared in TOSTR / Zenator avoiding delay / prolongation of the project
  • Arrange weekly co-ordination meetings between Construction / Commissioning to review QC documents / punch list status along with the Contractors
  • Check and verify correctness of handover documents including P & ID are marked properly, QC documents / commissioning documents and other required data are in place
  • Monitor mechanical completion status and issue mechanical completion certificates
  • Maintain system turnover packages / electronic copy for final handover of project documents to client
  • Track and report progress of activities prior to RFC to RFSU; issue RFSU / RFU (Ready for Start Up / Ready for Use) certificates to client
  • Ensure strict adherence to the company’s HSE policies, procedures, regulations and objectives
  • Entrusted as In-charge for reviewing and updating the Systems Turnover Package for any changes occurred between the time the system was approved by the client and the time the system is Substantially Complete
