  1. Note that entries can only be received by post for this section (no online entries) and any private entries must be countersigned by the entrant’s dance teacher.
  2. Write very clearly in capital letters.
  3. Give information about special needs or disabilities that you wish us and the adjudicator to be aware of on a separate sheet.
  4. Star the names of entrants who have entered other sections and inform the Section Head of the sections entered.
  5. Ensure that entries are received by the deadline.

Payment can be made by cheque (payable to Portsmouth Music Festival) or bank transfer (Sort Code 54-30-11 Acc. No. 01602632). If paying by bank transfer please include your first initial, surname and the abbreviation of the section(s) entered as a reference. (e.g. John Smith enters piano and dance – reference would be JSmithPD.) If a number of different sections are entered but only one bank transfer is made please ensure that the reference is on each entry form.
