2.3 / ENTRY FEE
a) / The Entry Fee for each Class at this Meeting including GST and TDF Levy is as follows: $85.00. Multiple entries will reduce by $10.00 per entry to a maximum of $20.00. Second and subsequent family member entry will reduce by $10.00 per entry to a maximum of $20.00.

a) / Each Entry for this Meeting may be made using the CMS as follows:

  • Choose the State in which the Meeting is being held

  • Choose the Club who is the Organiser of the Meeting

2.5 / MINIMUM ENTRIES
a) / 5 / Is the minimum number of pre entries which must be received for each Class and/or weight division?
If insufficient entries are received for a Class and/or weight division, the class may be cancelled or combined at the discretion of the Organiser and in accordance with the Rules.
b) / The Entry Fee may be refunded at the discretion of the Organiser and in accordance with the Rules.

3. COMPETITION

3.1 / FORMAT OF RACING
a) / One warm up session of 2 laps orange flashing light for warm up then (6 min) , 6 laps of green light for qualifying for all classes.
Cadet 9 & Cadet 12
Heats 1, 2,3 10 laps
Heat 4 12 laps
Seniors & Juniors
Heats 1, 2,3 10 laps
Heat 4 12 laps
Grid positions for first three heats will be determined by qualifying time, fastest to the front
Grid positions for heat 4 will be determined by points accumulated from the three proceeding heats with lowest accumulated points to grid 1 , second lowest to grid 2 , & so on. In case of a tie at the conclusion of the third heat , the grid position will be determined by the higher finishing position in heat 3.
The winner of the event shall be the driver/entrant with the lowest accumulated points from all 4 heats. ALL POINTS COUNT
Incase of a tie in points at the end of the final heat the winner will be determined as per the 2015 KA MANUAL
b) / The point system to be used for the heats shall be:
1st = 0 points
2nd = 2 points
3rd = 3 points and so on with 1 point added for each place
A DNS, DNF or DSQ shall result in points added equal to the number of entrants in that class plus 1 point.
3.2 / ACCESS TO CIRCUIT
a) / Competitors will be permitted to enter the Circuit from 6am Sat/Sunonwards
3.3 / DRIVERS BRIEFING

a) / PULP and E10 PULP are the only fuels permitted to be used at this Meeting

4. CIRCUIT SPECIFIC REQUIREMENTS

4.1 / PADDOCK ALLOCATION

4.2 / MEDICAL SERVICES
a) / Any Medical assistance that is required outside of the operating hours when Kart’s are not on the Race

4.3 / KART RETRIEVAL
a) / Pit Crew with trolleys will not be given access to the Circuit during Racing.
b) / Retrieval of karts is at the discretion of the Clerk of the Course
c) / Pit Crew must only enter the Circuit when permitted by the Grid Marshal and then only if wearing a high visibility safety vest on the upper torso.
d) / Karts can be retrieved as instructed by the Clerk of the Course and/or Grid Marshal only.
4.4 / ADDITIONAL VENUE REQUIREMENTS
a) / No animals allowed anywhere within the facility with the exception of Guide Dogs and companion dogs on leads.
b) / No dumping of Fuel or Tires, please make own arrangements.
c) / No unlicensed driving of motor vehicles permitted at the circuit.
d) / No motorized scooters, mini bikes, roller blades, skateboards and tricycles allowed at the complex during the entire Meeting. Officials may confiscate any such items for the duration of the Meeting.
e) / Marquees are not to be erected without consent of the Club.
