The Committee of Selection meets periodically. It is the Foundation's practice to verify all information supplied by the applicant and therefore it is important that you answer each question completely and accurately. Further financial data such as copies of personal or corporate tax returns, insurance records, or letters from physicians may be required and will be requested if necessary. Information and supporting documents supplied in this application will be held in strict confidence by The Pollock-Krasner Foundation, Inc.
Please note: the application review process can take up to 9 months to complete. All materials submitted with this application become the property of The Pollock-Krasner Foundation, Inc. All decisions made by The Pollock-Krasner Foundation, Inc. are final and not subject to review or appeal.
The Foundation is required to make inquiry from time to time to the artist as to the use of funds granted. The Foundation reserves the right to discontinue payments if in the sole discretion of the Foundation inquiries are not promptly or properly answered or it is determined that the funds are being misapplied or were obtained on the basis of false or inadequate information in the application.
