Asaself-­‐improvingorganisation,wearefullycommittedtocontinuouslyreviewingandevaluatingallour practicesandprocedurestoensureweprovidethehighestqualityofeducationpossibleforallourlearners. Ourcommitmenttoreviewandevaluateallourpracticesalsoenablesustoconstantlymonitorthequalityof support,trainingandcontinuedprofessionaldevelopment(CPD)thatweofferthestaffatthe Melton Learning Hub.

Self-­‐evaluationprocessesenableustogainknowledgeofourcurrentstrengths,aswellashighlightingareasfor furtherdevelopment–buttheprocessdoesnotendthere.Wearecommittedtodevelopingstrategiesand structuresthatsupportstafftodeveloptheirskillsandknowledgeinordertoimpactontheconstant improvementofteaching,learningandhighqualityeducationalprovision.

The Melton Learning Hub willregularlyreviewitspracticesinordertocontinuallyimproveitseffectivenessatalllevels.

Qualityassuranceandself-­‐evaluationprocedureswilloperateatanindividual,teamandwholeorganization levelandwillalwaysframereviewprocesseswithinasimplestructure:

•What are my/our strengths orweaknesses?

•Regular line management meetings withtutors

•The evaluation of relevantdata

•Performance management meetings with tutors – including lessonobservations.
