Policy Payments & Cancellation Procedures

Please read the information below then proceed with your application form prior to booking. Thank you for your cooperation – and we wish you your best retreat yet with us.

Deposit for retreat Bookings

A deposit of 50% is payable on securing a place on your retreat

Full Balance due by no later than 11 weeks before the retreat start date.

All bookings have a £30 non refundable administration fee which may have additional banking fees for international transactions

Cancellations: Any cancellation shall be made in writing:

 From the date of booking up to and including 90 days prior to retreat, will result in a refund of all monies you paid except the £30 administration and payment banking fee if international currency has been exchanged

 Cancellations From 89 days to 60 day prior to retreat commencement will result in a cancellation fee of 30% of the full retreat price at time of booking

 Any cancellation made between 59 days and 30 days prior to retreat commencement will result in result in a refund of 50% total cost of the retreat plus any pre paid retreat costs which are already paid for to business`s, accommodation providers and any other pre paid trip expenses which cannot be reimbursed.

 Any cancellation made between 29 days and 7 days prior to retreat commencement result in 10% refund of total cost value of the retreat.

 Any cancellation made from 6 days prior to commencement up to and or non attendance of retreat will result in 100% loss of the total value of the booked retreat.

Any pre paid expenses which could possibly be retrieved will be reimbursed to the person involved in cancellation.

 Sacred Bazaar, retreats will endeavour to retrieve any monies prepaid to other companies, businesses and people for prepaid items and reimburse them to you if you need to cancel. Dependant of the timing, it maybe after the retreat has completed for any such matters to be calculated and dealt with. Your cooperation will be appreciated if such instance occurs. You will appreciate we do not interrupt the retreat under any circumstances for any purpose other than those attending.

 All inclusions of the said retreat itinerary are optional. Should you not wish to attend any or part or all of the scheduled gatherings, no refund or credit will be permitted.

 We reserve the right to cancel the trip if it is not meeting the trip minimum. Trip cancellation insurance is always recommended when making travel plans.

 If you’ve found this retreat after the registration date – no problem! Give us a call and we’ll do our best to get you on the trip and organise your payment.

 Payment can be made by direct BACS banking, via our web site, or cheque if there is sufficient time for funds to clear prior to retreat. All our retreats are boutique, and offer exceptional classes, accommodation, food, treatments and environment

Accommodation: Accommodation is boutique and positioned beach front and comprises double, twin and triple rooms - all with their own bathroom and fridge. We don't charge a premium for single travellers - but please note that all rooms are allocated closer to the date to best suit our retreaters. So please book NOW to avoid disappointment! Eligibility The minimum age for this retreat is 18 years of age. There is no maximum age limit. Participants must be in good health or are obliged to discuss particular health concerns with Diane Mitchell prior to booking. Please note that the venue for this retreat Santorini Greece is not particularly wheelchair friendly - so wheelchair users will need to be accompanied by an assistant. Diane Mitchell reserves the right to decline to accept any person as a member of this retreat at any time.

Itinerary or Program Modifications While every effort will be made to carry out the program as planned, the program is subject to modification and change.

Responsibility None of the service suppliers is in any way controlled by Diane Mitchell and she undertakes no responsibility for reservations, accommodations, transportation or safety, nor for any other aspect of the retreat. Consequently, Diane Mitchell shall not be construed to make any covenants or warranties, expressed or implied, regarding this trip and shall not be liable in any way for any personal injury, death, property damage or any loss incurred by any person in connection with the retreat. Photography and Written Records Diane Mitchell reserves the right and all participants agree to allow Diane Mitchell and designated retreat facilitators - with respectful permission - to take photographic, film or text records of any of our retreat sessions and trips, and retreat participants, and may use any such records for promotional purposes, unless other agreements have been made in writing before retreat commencement.
