Policy for Greeley Centennial Rotary Website Sponsorship

Scope:
This policy is intended to cover the guidelines and the procedures for sponsorship on the Greeley Centennial Rotary website. This policy provides general guidance. It is not inclusive or exhaustive and is subject to change at the discretion of the Board of Directors.
Guidelines:
The Greeley Centennial Rotary website offers advertising/sponsorship opportunities for all members of the Greeley Centennial Rotary club. The advertising opportunities will be available on a first-come first-served basis. Each quarter, four advertisements will appear in random order on the home page. All four advertisements will run concurrently on subsequent pages and in our e-bulletin. The advertisements can be graphic images or text. Graphic images are limited to a maximum width of 100 pixels, approximately 1.5 inches wide. The graphic image format must be either GIF or JPG. The advertisement can link to the homepage of that company or any page within that site. Alternatively, the advertisement can link to an email address. The Board retains final approval of all sponsorship logos and messages. The Board has the right to deny or rescind approval of any sponsorship. Prohibited sponsorship/advertising includes, but is not limited to, gambling, pornography, social causes, political promotions and religious promotions.
Procedures:
Members are required to sign the policy agreement and they must submit the signed policyand the graphic or text advertisement to a member of the technology committee. The committee will select four sponsorships on a first-come first-served basis. Sponsorships not selected will be tracked in order and will appear in subsequent quarters. Advertisements will not appear on the web page until payment is received by the Treasurer.
Fees:
Advertising/sponsorship space is purchased on a quarterly basis. Each advertisement, whether it is a graphic image or text, costs $250 per quarter and must be paid in advance.
