Consistent with the Secretarial Letter issued June 7, 2006, the Commission will hold an En Banc hearing on Thursday, June 22, from 12:30 p.m. until 5:15 p.m. in Hearing Room #1, CommonwealthKeystoneBuilding, 400 North Street, Harrisburg, Pennsylvania.

The hearing will serve as a forum whereby the Commission and stakeholders will consider measures to mitigate potential electricity price increases for Pennsylvania’s retail electric customers.

The hearing is open to the public, but the opportunity to make presentations is limited to those parties who requested to do so. The attached agenda identifies those parties that will be giving presentations. The testimony of those participating in the conference will be transcribed and copies may be obtained from the court reporter.
