The agreement is for the term of 15 years and would not exempt it from special assessments on the property. The payments would be calculated each year based on 4% of the difference of the gross rents minus utilities or $120,000, whichever is greater, and the company will be required to provide an annual accounting of these numbers to the Finance Department. / 847
