Mr. Patten has led a distinguished career as one of the world’s foremost buyers and sellers of rural and recreational land, generating billion of dollars in sales over the past forty five years. Mr. Patten is a nationallyknown entrepreneurand leader in the field of land sales. As a result, he’s been the subject of feature articles in The Wall Street Journal, Fortune, Business Week and other leading business periodicals.
Mr. Patten founded his current company, National Land Partners, LLC in 1999, a successful land sales company, which to date has sold nearly $3 billion in land over the course of his career and National Timber Partners, LLC, a new and growing Timber Investment Management Organization (TIMO), which currently owns 36,874 acres and manages over 94,000 acres of timber. National Land Partners, LLC. has served as a launching pad for the creation of subsidiary companieswhich invest in timber management, loan/asset acquisition and purchaser finance.
