18. REMARKS
  1. If the freightage weightcounted from the external dimensions is greater than the real weight, then the payable weight will be assessed according to the volume weight. In air transport 1 m3= 167 kg.
  2. In the case of exports, the costs of the air transport will be settled using an exchange rate as agreed by the parties on the date of issue of the bill of freight or according to an exchange rate published by the airline, if such a rate exists. With imports, the costs will be settled using an exchange rate as agreed by the parties on the date of arrival.
  3. This contract shall be governed by the Polish Law, the FORWARDING ORDERS HANDLING RULES of C. Hartwig Gdynia SA and the OPWS 2010 (General Polish Forwarding Conditions 2010), which can be found on the website: . All disputes shall be resolved by the common court appropriate to the seat of the forwarder. If the Customer is a foreigner, any potential disputes shall be resolved by the Arbitration Courtat the Polish International Freight Forwarders Association in Gdynia, Poland.

19. Customer’s declarationWe are fully aware of the contents of the General Polish Forwarding Conditions 2010 (OPWS 2010) and the Forwarding Orders Handling Rules of C.Hartwig Gdynia SA. We also covenant to cover in time all costs and expenses connected with the performance of this order. In case of exports on the basis of freight collect we covenant to cover the costs of freight if the payments is not settled by the addressee.
