This tour will bring us to visit Hysan Place –a well known business premise in the heart of Causeway Bay, withcontemporary style design as well as various features ofenergy efficiency and sustainable building management. About Hysan Place
Hysan Place was awarded Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design standard (LEED) Platinum certification for Core and Shell by the United States Green Building Council, and is the first mixed-use office and vertical mall complex in Greater China to be awarded at this level. The project also received certification at the highest Platinum level by the BEAM Plus standard for new buildings. /
